A Flemish Style Vermont Sour Red Ale fermented with brettanomyces yeast providing slight tartness with barnyard aromas and flavors. Sampled at the brewpub. Hazy golden with a white head. Smells woody with the typical sourness of a Flemish Sour. A little tarty. Sour, but not too crazy with apples in the finish. A real nice try on this style, a little unbalanced, but very nice to have this in s pub.
