The Rêve de mon père is brewed with four varieties of apples picked by hand in October at Isle-aux-Coudres. It is also the true essence of the land of Charlevoix, quantities of which are meticulously, proportionally and precisely measured, for each variety. It is amazing to realize that the proximity of saline air flavours this delicious blend by giving it a clear cut softness, a sublime delicacy, an exceptional aroma and a bouquet of freshness. You will appreciate its gold colour, its transparency and its light fruity taste.
