Juice of cherry is extracted from French cherries, Montmorency variety. Those fruit trees, which grow well on Isle-aux-Coudres because of its microclimate, produce a slightly acid and sharp red fruit that becomes sweet when it comes to maturity. Its light red colour and its cherry flavoured taste will impress your guests. Serving temperature: Preferably served very cold, without ice, especially if there is chlorine.
