Tradition, perfection and precision - these characteristics kept during the Edelmeister beer brewing process are the source of its unique taste. Its golden colour, excellent foam and traditional somewhat bitter taste constitute this unique composition.

New bomber at the local shop. Normally I wouldn't buy any more Euro beers from this place since they all seem to be very old, but this was a new item and it had a date stamp reassuring me that all was well. Although my numbers seem mediocre to low this was a very enjoyable lager. Aroma of plain cereal that is lightly sweetened with some grassy hops in the nose. Crystal clear gold color, the pour produced a fluffy white head that blanketed the glass leaving tons of lacing. Soft and light to the palate, the aftertaste is too sweet. Drinks easy and has a cream ale effect. Grainy and grassy with some mild hop flavors. Apples are evident as well in small doses. Pleasant $3 bomber, simple but it works.
