Our Black Cat Stout in a cask version that is dosed with our "local wild" and firkin conditioned with hops and dried mango chunks. The secondary fermentation is provided by the wild critters as well as a dose of fermenting witbier gyle. Additional blends of Bourbon Barrel Russian Imperial Stout as well as a Barrel Soured Black Lager. First release at Triple Rock Firkin festival 4/4/09.

sampled on 4/4/09. from a firkin with mitch. at the Triple Rock Firkin Fest. pours a dark brown color. thin head. aroma is sour, funky, cherry. taste is sour cherries, coffee, dark fruit, funky. body is medium. aftertaste is mildly sour.
