An excellent Tripel. A dark gold colour with some haze and a slightly off-white cap. Aroma consiste of yeast, spices, and grainy malt. Flavour is a combination of sour and bitter elements with some peppery spices and citrus in the mix.

A bright orange-yellow colored beer. A medium frothy textured, white head rises above. Not much hang time, but a nice foamy cap, ringlet is left behind. I spell wine or cognac in the nose. Full bodied and smooth like a whiskey. Fruity, sweet in the tasting with a big alcohol bite. This one is unique but bearing a good assessment to the beer enthusiast.

Pours a hazy sun-yellow with a fairly thick, though not too persistent Aroma is rich and crisp, fruity and yeasty with some malty undertone and a whisper of sweetness. Flavor is mainly fruity with yeasty and malty undertones, a hint of butterscotch, and just a little sweetness. Texture is smooth as silk but has a good edge to it and is quite tingly and fizzy. Recommended.

750 ml corked bottle, now available in Norway at Vinmonopolet. ABV is 9.0%. Pale straw coloured beer, huge to big white head. Nice fruity and spicy aroma, moderate notes of Belgian yeast, hints of honey. The flavour is distinctly spicy on a moderately sweet and fruity background. The beer is fairly light bodied for its strength, alcohol is noticeable but not too much. Slightly peppery finish. A decent tripel! Will buy again.

apricot-orange body, thin head not much lace. Aroma of sweet, bready yeasts, and spice with very slight sour citrus notes. Alcohol is well hidden. Overall a pretty decent triple.

A golden appearance with a large white head. Good lacing on the glass. The aroma contains lemons, spices, honey, and a hint of alcohol showing through. The flavor is rather sweet but also contains a citrus bite. I taste lemons, honey, spices, and maybe a hint of vanilla. Some alcohol shows up in the finish. The mouthfeel is carbonated. Overall a nice Tripel.

Delicious Triple. i Was amazed my the big white head in the glass. Smells of sour citrus but in a good way. Very mellow body. Flavor is a bit o spice nice sugary sweetness.
Food pairing: Prosciutto wrapped Halibut with a herbed apple salsa. Fennel mashed Potatoes. Rosemary Butternut squash ragout.

This is a warming Dutch tripel that finishes with a sharp bite. The ale pours a hazy gold with a generous and frothy white head. There are lots of bubbles in the body and it smells of Belgian yeast and bread. Such a light mouthfeel. The taste is quite good. Yeasty and slightly floral. This beer reminded me of Westmalle until I tasted its finish. Unlike Westmalle, this ale has sharp a hoppy bite. Delicious.
