On tap @ Upright. Definitely the most interesting beer that I drank in Portland. A Perry blended with a peach near-lambic wild ale, aged in gin barrels. What else can I say? OK: light hazy pale straw pour, fizzy head, little lacing, very carbonated though. Sour tart peachy and pear aroma and flavor, very very dry, nicely funked, more tart, just flat out super tasty and refreshing. You can have your huge ass IPAs, I'll drink this over them most any day. A remarkable collaboration and unique ale. PfoxyJohn and I had several of these puppies while enjoy Stevie Ray Vaughan vinyl on the turntable at the Upright tasting room. Epic experience indeed.
