Our newest special release has been aged in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels, giving it a smooth, mellow taste with lots of rich complexity. The aroma is decadent and chocolaty, with hints of toasted oak and mild bourbon, while the flavour is smooth and roasty, with notes of chocolate cake, stone fruit, sweet maltiness, and subtle bourbon character tying everything together.
