Our local friends at Heartland Family Farms grew an extra amount of less tart, less sweet, more fruity black raspberries with a distinct flavor. We fruited these delicious berries on our Sour Reserve and are happy to share the result. Take a bottle down the B-Line Trail, up the Monon Trail, or wherever great paths take you to share with fellow travelers.

Pours opaque beet red with a fairly thick raspberry head. Aroma delivers tart raspberry and a whiff of malt. Puckeringly tart flavor bursts with berries, while subtle malt note provides support. Mouthfeel offers average body but lively fizz. Don’t razz this one!
