Pours clear amber with a thick parchment head. Aroma gives toasty malt, resiny hops, floral, subtle butterscotch and herbal tones. Flavor yields bitter piney hops, butterscotch, stonefruit, citrus, floral, herbal and slight malty tones. Texture features decent smooth body and peppy fizz. Indeed, it ain't the end of the world if we can still brew craft beer!

750ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a huge frothy off-white head with thick soapy lace and has a hazy orangey appearance. Lively carbonation. Aromas of yeast, citrus and piney hops. Flavours are mostly yeast and citrus, some pine and grassy notes, a little bit wheaty as well. Some subtle notes of orange zest. Not bad.

Pours a hazy golden-amber colour with a big frothy, creamy warm cap, great retention and loads of lacing. Hoppy nose with some fresh grassiness over fruity malts and hints of Belgian Ale yeast. Apple notes in the taste the grassy hops. Very massive dryness for Unibroue in the finish with these hops. Kills the sweetness of the malts found in a lot of their beers. Goes down easily like a very good Imperial IPA and alcohol is very well-hidden. Quite nice !
