A good take on a kolsch. I can tell this is well crafted. Very light and quaffable, but with definable light citrus notes and toasted malt aftertaste. This is just a style where the beer has to be exceptional to take notice. Also a summertime style in my head. Solid new local brewer, though. I'll be back.
