Tasted on tap at the 8th Annual Triple Rock Firkin Fest on 4/9/2011. This cider pours a light gold color from the firkin, a slight touch of sediments. No head. The aroma is apples, slightly smoke and fruity. A medium bodied cider. Medium sweet apple flavors, hint of agave, and some smoke. Semi sweet with a nice clean finish. Interesting cider. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is sweet with a touch of tartness.
