It pours a light yellow-blonde with a fairly thick and foamy white head and some surrounding lacing. An aroma of light tart apple, lemons, grass, some bitterness, and lightly spicy. The mouthfeel is smooth and rich. Flavors of tart apples, honey, lemons, light grapes, and light spiciness. Great after a hot summer day!

Kinda surprised to see this listed as a kolsch, normally i dont care for this style, but this was a nice beer. Aroma of honey, melon and fruits. Body was a slightly hazy yellow with plenty of floaters. Mouthfeel was kinda thin, flavors of wheat, and some hints of fruit. Overall it was a nice beer, and i would drink it again.
