Brewed in the Belgian tradition, this pale beer comes in at a deceptively light 6% ABV and features a soft malt flavor with hints of citrus and spice from the yeast and hops. It is modeled after the "daily driver" table beer of the monks and as such is easy to drink and thirst-quenching, while still remaining interesting and complex. Most monasteries indicate strength on the bottle by a number that corresponds to Single, Dubbel, Tripel, so 6 is the least alcoholic of that and a respectful nod to the masters
