Quite a complex beer delivered in a very approachable package. Notes of cocoa, bread crust, cracker, dulce de leche and dark toasted wheat bread which leads to a soft palate and smooth finish. The Keeper of Shadows has been sent to protect and facilitate the growth of dark lager appreciation and we hope you too will join the nucleus of this new movement in craft beer.
