A very slight haze, light golden colour with a big white frothy-creamy head, good retention and nice bubbly-creamy lacing. Fresh herbal and grassy notes from the hops, over the straw malt base. Grapefruit aroma do come out to blend even nicer. Crisp mouthfeel with just a touch of dryness in the end. The flavours showcase again the beautiful, local fresh hops - citrus, grasses. This is a really nice, stronger Harvest Ale with hops that are more present for the style, but not overpowering - just well-balanced.
