Sugar Belgian dark cane sugar. Hop Hell is hopped at an early stage with traditional East Kent Golding and Styrian Golding. Yeasting Top yeasting beer, second fermentation in the bottle. Serving tips Hell is best served in the original BOM glass. Preferred temperature is 7 - 10°C. Ageing potential Hell shows a good ageing potential. Food pairing Roasted red meat and desserts based upon dark chocolate.

Clear dark ruby, off-white lacing foam. Complex aroma and taste, hoopy bitterness, with coffee and bread tones. Great beer again from this brewery. (Velp 201602)
