Tasted on firkin at the 4th Annual Firkin Gravity Festival. The Belgian Ale pours a light gold color. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and yeasty, touch of esters. A medium bodied Belgain. Malts are fruity and sweet. Only a touch of banana and clove, yet it has a definite Belgian character. Nice soft and round carbonation. Good balance. Fruity and sweet. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter
