Largely known for their characteristic dry hopping charge, ours we hope, will also be known for its namesake. Fearless Italian shepherd dogs would, and still do to this day, wear a protective spiked collar to protect the herd against wolf attacks. Brewed with a malt grown north of Venice near the Adriatic Sea for all those Mediterranean dry biscuit honey like malt character, and dry hopped with Hersbrucker for a floral, white grape like herbal lime-esque hop character. Intentionally fermented to dryness, and left with a slight haze due to dry hopping, this beer was designed to selflessly protect and provide.
