We brewed this stout with German Pilsner, Special B, White Wheat, and Chocolate Wheat to give it a bready and slightly roasty malt character. Aged on Bourbon Barrels and then on cacao nibs to provide an oaky vanilla and chocolate flavor. We added just a touch of salt to round out the pretzel experience. Enjoy alone or with your favorite dessert.

Pours dark chocolate with a decent tan head. Aroma offers roast malt, caramel, chocolate and bready notes. Flavor is - AAAAAAAAAGH, too much salty pretzel! No thanks! Moutfeel shows decent body and fizz. Nein danke.
