Can: Poured a dark brown black with a light brown head. Aroma is chocolate, roast malts, vanilla. Taste is chocolate, roasted malt, vanilla. Finishes like eating a nice dessert cake.

Pours deep coffee with a thick and fairly persistent chocolate head. Aroma gives roast malt, chocolate, cinnamon, hints of woody hops and molasses. Flavor provides rich chocolate, roast malt, cinnamon and molasses - where did the hops go? Texture yields firm, viscous body and peppy fizz. Cake can be therapeutic - in moderation. Ditto beer.
