Treehorn Ginger Reserve blends the complementary flavors of fresh apple and natural ginger root. Clean apple, a hint of citrus and light tartness is infused with the subtle bite and rich spice of ginger to create a balanced and refreshingly complex flavor profile. We grind fresh ginger right here at the cidery in Marietta and supplement it with a bit of fresh ginger juice to achieve just the right balance of ginger and apple flavor. As with any craft product, you can expect some variation between batches as the ginger we use, as well as the fresh juice, will vary seasonally.
