This Belgian Pale was brewed with a select blend of Belgian malts. The addition of spelt creates an aroma full of biscuit and malty sweetness. The fermentation temperature was allowed to rise freely, allowing the Belgian yeast to shine.

Taps clear golden with a serviceable eggshell head. Aroma yields bready, pomme and subtle resiny hop tones. Flavor provides pomme, bready, sweet malt, and not-so-subtle piney hops. Texture offers smooth, fairly firm body, nice fizz, and a dry finish. Don't be silent!
