Brewed in March 2021, Boreal was the first beer that we sent to barrels in the new Barn. This Imperial Stout was aged in Bourbon barrels for 13 months and we are thrilled with the result. Boreal pours a thick black hue with notes of vanilla, toffee, chocolate, and fig. Bottled in April 2022 and conditioned for 6 weeks, we kept the carbonation true to style and very soft, for an incredibly soft, decadent finish
