Using a double mash/first runnings brew process, we then boil extensively to caramelize the wort before fermentation. This process brings a rich, luscious, and velvety mouthfeel to the table. We then condition the beer on Georgia-grown pecans, + cacao nibs, cinnamon, and vanilla beans creating a decadent pecan pie-inspired Russian imperial stout

Taps opaque coffee with a frothy tan head. Aroma has roast malt, pecan, molasses, cinnamon, subtle mocha tones. Flavor yields roast malt, cinnamon, pecan, molasses, chocolate and subtle coffee notes. Texture features firm body and lively fizz. A howlin' good liquid dessert!
