Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 10 | Mouthfeel: 10 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9
Pours coffee sable with a thick chocolate head. Aroma gives bourbon, roast malt, woody, chocolate and earthy tones. Flavor provides rich bourbon, woody, chocolate, roast malt, earthy and subtle roast coffee notes. Texture offers firm, viscous body and lively, lasting fizz. A toast to all our departed friends - and may there be beer at least this good in Paradise. Sip it slowly.
