An elegant, complex apple wine from Australia's leading cider maker. This has so much class that it could easily be served in place of Riesling with dinner.In the glass it is translucent pale gold,the aroma is crisp and acidic, it's gloriously smooth. There's lots of apple fruitiness but with chewy oak barrel in the finish. Cider this good deserves a wider audience.
