500 ml bottle, BB date 04.04.2014, from Vaaland, Bryne. ABV is 3.5%. Crystal clear and very pale yellow colour, large white head. Moderate but pleasant aroma of crushed gooseberries, herbs and citrus. Light bodied as expected, medium dry and crisp, with moderate notes of herbal hops.

Light yellow with quickly fading white foam head. Aroma is nice bitter barley, so likecthe taste. It came recommended as a ’sloeberbier’ which it is. Still nice bitter aftertaste, short. (Velp 201304)

Cask. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, nectar, some floral notes along with rather sweet malts. Flavour is fruity, nectary, wooden and also has some mild toffeeish and bready notes. Rather balanced and nice for being only 3.5 % abv.
