A classic Belgian style, named after the owner’s daughter and made with Franco-Belges pilsener malt, wheat, and traditional sugar. This slightly hazy, golden brew was fermented with our in-house Belgian yeast strain offering a plethora of flavors that include banana, light clove and other pleasantly spicy phenols.

Taps translucent apricot with a fair ivory head. Aroma features tropical, fresh malt, subtle clove and butterscotch tones. Flavor delivers sharp tropical - mainly mango and banana - plus fresh malt, butterscotch and clove. Texture offers good body and peppy fizz. Drink like a monk.
