This beer was brewed in honor of our friends @the.american.tragedy and their reunion show back in Shreveport. We ended up producing a delicious Kölsch. Our take on this German classic came out light, crisp, and flavorful. A slight fruitiness is left in the wake of the hops used in the brew process. Take one good last look cuz this beer might not be here for too long.
