A hoppy, dry blonde ale inspired by the abbey blonde’s of Belgium. Very dry with a refreshing spicy hop bite from Willamette and Goldings with complementary esters from our Belgian ale strain.

Strength forward blonde with apricot and peach and a little Belgian like spicules to it. Didn't do a ton for me, but it was a simple and refreshing brew. Maybe hopped more a kin to an American blonde ale.

Can't go wrong with this Blonde. Bigger than an American blonde, yeast is distinct, apricot-like. Definitely dry with spicy and citrus notes. Balanced beautifully.
