Heed! Pint! Now! Eye then! We have brewed up a Scottish masterpiece that is sure to have all the cheese eating surrender monkeys and soft heeded sassanacks shaking in their tiny crotched unwashed knickers. Our deep amber brew with just the right amount of malt sweetness balanced with a touch of hops to balance the end (anyone who says the Scottish don’t use hops will get their face smashed off their face!) So, relax and get a pint of this 80 schilling beauty into yer BELLY! And now our Scottish Ale would like a word with you. Dead Sexy Scottish: I'm Dead Sexy. You Are Crap.

On tap @ Terminal BrewHouse during my Staycation: nice deep amber pour, good head, nice lacing, near perfect looking beer. Caramel malty aroma, very slight smokiness, toffee, breadiness, earthy hops, slightly floral and fruity, and then more malts. Taste is right on for a good Scottish Ale minus a bit of peat, still big malt bombs, nicely sweet but not overly done, earthy hoppiness to offset sweetness a bit. Very good.

This poured an amber color with a moderate white head. The aroma contained a hint of nutmeg and also some caramel. The palate was extremely light for the style and was closer to an amber ale I thought. Some caramel and earthiness show up in the flavor. Overall one of my least favorite at the Terminal thus far.
