9-11 today, Never forget! Tuesday and we are back at it again Filtering 1000 gallons of Der Chancellor and setting up for the weeks brews. We have one of the best beer line ups going right now at TBC....2 latest batches, 3 big hitters. German Alt, California Common, Rye Bock, Belgian Double and The Red Dragon....Brings a smile to my face and a tingle other places. Happy hour 3-6pm....pint of Red Dragon for $3.50...are you kidding me? Dragon and Beth serving the smiles all day! From World of Beer/Clematis: Tequesta Locomotive 447 (California Common) 5.3%- Clear amber color, the nose is of some toasted grains and citrus hops. Medium-bodied, lightly fruity and quite bitter.
