Like the name suggests, THill's Shhh… Kolsch is a crisp, delicately balanced beer that blurs the line between Ale and Lager. Traditionally brewed with noble hops this beer is extremely drinkable with a crisp, slightly sweet finish that is highlighted by the malts and hops. Malty sweetness is the backbone while the hop profile is delicate but present with floral, sweet fruit, spice, and herbal tea notes.
