330 ml capped beer. Poured an opaque orange-brown colored ale with a good two fingers gushing beige foamy head that had a mid-sized retention. A lot of sediments. Soft carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is sweety malts, yeast, spicy, cinnamom, cloves and ... barnyard. The flavour is grainy malts, aciditic fruits with citrus notes, herbal hops, may be a point of sourness. The mouthfeel is thin and bitter. This medium bodied ale has a dry hoppy bitter finish. A big tasting ale but perhaps not so achieved as expected.

Pours out in a hazy brownish amber colour with a huge eruptive tan foam. Yeast, cinnamon, caramel and lemon-zest in the aroma. Medium-bodied with notes of nuts, mild yeast, toffee, caramel ans caramel witha sharp undertone of lemon-zest and anise-seeds. Medium-bitter finish of spices and fudge but I think this bottle was a bit infected. Still, the healthy part was well-crafted. Needs a re-rate if possible.

Bottled. Amber colour, huge beige head. Aroma is hops, malts, fruits and also some earthyness. Some mild spices and yeast is noteable too. Flavour is quite much the same. A rather nice and wellbalanced brew.
