Sydney Cider is a Champagne cider and is made from a blend of quality cullinary apples with no other 'fillers'. It is fermented with French Champagne yeast giving it a fine bead and wine style structure. It contains 7% alcohol but does not have a strong alcohol flavour. The flavour is crisp and refreshing, dry up front but with pure apple sweetness coming through at the middle and back of the palate. It truly is refreshing and easy to drink. Serve straigt up or with ice and fresh squeezed lime wedge in a wine glass or tall glass.

Bottle (ordered from Cracked Kettle years back). Pale yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet apples along with mild wooden and slightly spicy notes. Flavour is quite much the same. Rather artificial, and not too pleasant.
