Pours warm coffee brown with a VERY thick tan head that sticks around a while. Aroma has a strong overtone of bourbon-soaked wood that does not overwhelm the roast malt, coffee, semi-sweet chocolate or molasses tones. Flavor explodes bourbon, wood, roast malt, chocolate, molasses and coffee onto the taste buds, while sweet hints tiptoe about. Texture presents firm body and plenty of fizz. Get over this barrel if you can!
