A pilsener brewed by Suomenlinnan Panimo exclusively for Olutkellari Helsinki. Available summer 2008. In Finnish: Olut on vaalea, suodattamaton, raikas pils-tyyppinen lagerolut. Maku on humalaisen kevyt ja kuiva, juuri sopiva kovaan janoon ja nautiskeluun. Valmistuksessa on käytetty parhaita pilsner-maltaita sekä tsekkiläisiä Saaz-humaloita ja prosentteja löytyy 4,2%. Oluen on tehnyt Suomenlinnan panimo ja nimekseen tämä rapea juoma on saanut KELLARI PILS.

Draught@Olutkellari Helsinki, Helsinki. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grassy hops along with some malts and mild citrus fruity notes. Flavour is rather earthy, malty and also has some slight yeastyness. Good balance, but a bit boring.
