Clear yellow, white short lasting foam head. Typical German pilsener aroma and taste, nothing better to report. Bit dissapointed so far with beer from this brewer. (Velp 201511)

330 ml swing-top (Maurerfalsche) bottle. Poured a crystal clear and straw-gold coloured Pilsener with a one finger almost white, fine, dense and pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. The aroma is moderate grainy malts and grassy hops. The flavour is modereate sweety grainy malts with an acidic touch. The mouthfeel is creamy, clean, smooth and light bitter. The texture is watery. This light bodied Pilsener has a dry malty and light bitter finish. Easy drinkable, a soft German Pilsener.
