Tok-Olle (4,8 %) är en ljus ale bryggd på engelsk pale alemalt och münchnermalt. Humlen är engelsk East Kent Golding. Jästen har skotskt ursprung och ger ölet en speciell karaktär. Tok-Olle är en lite snällare öl där tonvikten ligger mer på malt än på humle. Vi tycker att detär en öl som man skall möta våren med. Pours out in a hazy golden colour with a small creamy white foam. Rounded fruity aroma of oranges and lemon with touches of crackers and grass. Medium-bodied with notes of biscuity malts, apricots and crisp orangey hops. Medium-bitter finish of grass and citric fruits with biscuity undertones.
