Pours clear Amber on the dark side, seems dark for a pils to me. Thin buff head leaves some good lacing. Crisp, malty aroma has a firm fruity underpinning. Flavor is malty with Apple and pear co-stars, crisp and refreshing. Some woody and slightly bitter hops rear their lupulins in the finish. Texture is smooth, not too firm but fairly fizzy. A delightful Pilsner, recommended to fans of this style.
