Big fan of stone! I think this Enter Night, which was a collaboration with Metallica is a knock off of the pilsner wussy.. typical Pilsner taste, hops, wheat and lot of Earth notes.

Thanks to PaleAleRider for a can of this one. Pours a very lightly unfiltered golden colour with a big frothy white head, good retention and thick foamy patches of lacing. The nose shows a big spiciness from the Saaz hops with other grassy notes over the mild Pilsner malts. Flavours give out the same, with a big spicy Pils character. Still, easy to drink, crisp enough, refreshing. An American Pilsner that is quite good.

Pours clear straw yellow with a thick and fairly persistent porcelain head. Aroma provides crisp, raw malt with fresh-cut pine and hay and a hint of apple on the side. Flavor delivers zesty malt, piney hops, fresh hay, a tangy and slightly sweet apple undertone. Texture offers decent fizz and body. Enter Night! I used to know a rabid Metallica fan, who got me interested in the band.

Picked up a six pack in Vermont. Pours a foamy white head and has a clear golden appearance. Some thick dirty lacing. Aromas are grainy, lots of malty notes, some subtle grassy hints. Flavours are mostly grainy, malty some very light grassy and herbal notes. Dry mouthfeel. Pretty average overall actually. A bit disappointing, not a bad beer just nothing special.
