Lots of Belgium-style white ales out there. None quite like Dayfall. In fact, take all preconceived notions about the style and (gently , with a quick look to make sure no one's there) chuck them out the window. At Stone we tip our hat to tradition while simultaneously blazing our own way. In that spirit , we chose Bergamot oranges, for their complex character and layered then with banknotes of Citra hops. The result is this insanely refreshing and remarkable unique beer. Happy Dayfalling.

Pours slightly hazy topaz with a thick and fairly persistent ivory head. Aroma features wheaty, coriander and orange notes. Flavor presents wheat, coriander, orange and subtle yeast character. Texture yields decent body and peppy fizz. Let the day fall.

pours a hazy yellow/orangish color with moderate white head that hangs around for a bit. The aroma is orange and spice. The taste follows the aroma with a bit more orange in the taste. The mouthfeel is light and very refreshing.
