A Fake Lager by Pals for Pals" A Pilsner-style Ale. A light, cruisable brew, with a slight cereal-driven flavour. We used Sorachi Ace and Czech Saaz hops to provide a herbal, spicy and lemon-scented nose that makes you think Pilsner, and a California yeast strain to dry it out. We combined new age ingredients and old world tradition to create a beer by pals, for pals.
