Our award-winning Crystal Park is a traditional unfiltered German Pilsner made with 100% German pilsner malt and Noble hops. Crisp and clean, this refreshing pils balances a malty backbone with a mildly bitter finish for the perfect post-lawnmowing brew. In the 1860s, Crystal Park was a decorative green space neighbouring one of the first breweries in Kitchener-Waterloo. This time-honoured Pilsner is brewed in admiration of the pioneer brewmasters who crafted the first batches of “Old German Lager” in our region.
