Pours opaque coffee with a thick and fairly persistent tan head that leaves good lacing. Aroma offers chocolate, roast malt, molasses, and a hint of coffee. Rich flavor presents sweet chocolate, roast malt, coffee, molasses, a hint of licorice. Texture features firm, smooth body and perky fizz. Critical thinking is an underrated skill and one we should all develop.
