The beer has been brewed from oats, three kinds of wheat, seven kinds of barley, five kinds of hops, two sugars, three yeasts, anis and water from Stevns. A black, soft and full beer with a very complex taste from the used ingredients. A powerful beer that stands in comparison with the best on the market.

Bottled. Very deep brown colour, mediumsized head. Aroma is licorice, cardamom, some wheat and also some mild earthyness. Flavour is quite much the same, but more sweet. Licorice, anis and cardamom (or cardamomlike spices) stay in aftertaste along with some earthyness. A bit out of balance maybe, otherwise very good.
