After souring in the secondary with lactobacillus and brettanomyces we aged this ale on hibiscus flowers. It is bright pink in colour with citrus and berries flavours layered with funky aromas.

Bottle from the brewery. Pours a cloudy pink-amber colour with a white head and a pinkish hue. Good retention and foamy lacing. The fruity and flowery aromas of the hibiscus are present. Also, the sourness and the sweetness from the Belgian Ale yeast. The taste is more on the sour side, but the hibiscus balances things. All with the yeast. This works quite well, between the sourness and hibiscus.
