The beer is a thin and mean offering for a real ale. It tastes and smells as if dry, old dusty hops have been employed rather than the fresh article, and the malt didn't impress either. Weak finish. Not terrible, but after two pints I just wanted to go home and drink Chardonnay.

Clear orange yellow with white foam ring. Aroma is not too strong, some barley, some hop. Tastes nice bitter, althiugh again not strong. Short lasting aftertaste. (Velp 201311)

Golden color with medium top. Aroma is really nice and round with hints to hops and bread. Taste is flowerish and round. Aftertaste refreshing and good. Really good drinkable beer.

Very refreshing beer and the first one to add to my data base. Drunk straIght from the bottle. A real thirst quencher. Nice citrus flavour to this beer, would imagine it would go down well on a nice summers afternoon.

Cask conditioned at The Shakespeare, Durham. Deep golden colour, low head. Fruity and floral notes in the aroma. The flavour is slightly fruity and medium bitter.

Excellent beer. Best bitter I've ever had. Lovely harsh bite with a caramel aftertaste. Smooth, but refreshing. Lots of character and is wonderfully crisp.

Tasted this 'Premium Cornish Ale" pulled from the cask at the Dog & Duck in Soho on 2/1/08. Unusual aroma and flavor for a bitter, lightly spiced, almost reminiscent of a mild hefeweizen. Body was slightly hazy and deep golden in color with a thick white head. In addition to the spice, the nose was bread-yeast and fresh grain. Flavor was solid malt, spicey, with a slight fruit-tart finish.

I had several pints of Tribute at the King and Queen in London. It was an excellent Bitter - probably one of the best I had. The taste had enough malt with a decent touch of citrus.

Cask@The Cove. Golden colour, mediumsized white head, lacing. Aroma is just lsight woodenness. Flavour is nectrar, freshly cut wood and some slight grassyness. Not really much for an aftertaste in this one.
