From our classic hazy DIPA base coming in at 8% ABV. 2-row barley, flaked oats, and carafoam in the mash create a soft, pillowy mouthfeel base with layers of mosaic and citra hops in the whirlpool and dry hop. With mosaic hops being dominate in this recipe, you can expect bright sweet citrus aroma with notes of tropical fruit and berry. Citrus juice dominates the flavor followed by candied apricot and pineapple with a gentle bitterness evocative of sweet orange pith

Pours barely translucent apricot with a thick vellum head. Aroma delivers strong piney hops from a distance, adding dank and citrus notes as you close in. Flavor produces dank, bitter, piney hops with zesty grapefruit and orange, tart and tangy pineapple, raw malt. Texture furnishes firm body and lively fizz. This one has chemistry!
